COVID19 Emergency Rental Help with the City of Plano

If you are still struggling to pay utilities, rent or mortgage payments because of COVID-19, we may be able to help. The City of Plano has emergency housing assistance money available to homeowners, apartment or home renters, and residents living in hotels or motels. The funds can be used for rent, mortgage and utility costs or the cost of living in a hotel or motel.

For assistance with mortgage payments, utility bills and the cost of living in a hotel or motel, call the Assistance Center of Collin County at 972-422-1850, select option 2. 

 

Maximum incomes to qualify for these programs are:  

 

1 Person Household- $48,300 

2 Person Household- $55,200 

3 Person Household- $62,100 

4 Person Household- $68,950 

5 Person Household- $74,500 

6 Person Household- $80,000 

7 Person Household- $85,500 

8 Person Household- $91,050
